Team Plastic's Policies
It is the patient's responsibility to obtain clearance from their surgeon before starting services.
- Team Plastic operates as a mobile service, providing everything necessary for your session, including a massage table, at your appointment.
- Each session has a minimum duration of 1 hour.
- We offer a package of 7 sessions that waives the travel fee for these appointments. Payment for all 7 sessions must be made in advance to confirm your scheduled time and date.
- Please note that there are no refunds, and patients are required to complete at least one session per week.
- Post-operative patients are typically advised to complete a minimum of 7 consecutive sessions as per their doctor's recommendation, followed by an additional 2-3 weeks as needed.
- We request that payment be made before your surgery date to ensure you can focus solely on your recovery afterward.
- Payment methods include cash, checks, Zelle, and PayPal for credit card transactions.
- We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice for cancellations, as we are a mobile service. A cancellation fee of $75 will apply for any cancellations made within 24 hours.
- Video recording and photography during sessions are not permitted.
- Please inform us of any allergies to creams or oils before your session begins.
- We allow for a 15-minute grace period for your appointment time, which will not affect the length of your session.
- We do not permit any social media promotions to protect our patients' confidentiality.
- We appreciate your understanding regarding parking, as loading and unloading can be challenging.
*For hotel guests- should valet exceed the travel fee of $25, we ask that the patient be responsible for the balance*
- Please be aware that we are not liable for any reactions, infections, or secondary side effects following your procedure. However, we will advise you to contact your surgeon or medical staff if we notice any irregularities in your recovery.
